ArcelorMittal: A Successful Addition to RadiyLED’s Portfolio
23.12.2024In mid-February 2025, the extended type tests of industry LED luminaires (SSG) developed and manufactured by radiy specialists were successfully completed in certified laboratories and at the radiy testing grounds. The tests began at the end of November 2024. Control tests of the luminaires were performed to assess the effectiveness and feasibility of introducing changes, to verify compliance with the requirements of the Technical Specifications (TU) and the draft notification of the Technical Specifications (TU) change.
The luminaires are designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical specifications “Industry LED Luminaires SSG. Technical specifications” (including the draft notification of changes to the Technical Specifications). The indicators (characteristics) that are determined during the type tests of the SSG include the following checks for compliance with requirements of:
- regulatory documents, design documentation, and technical specifications;
- functioning;
- electrical parameters;
- electromagnetic compatibility;
- resistance to mechanical stress;
- resistance to external factors.
These radiyLED’s luminaires are designed specifically for facilities with high safety and lighting requirements. They can be successfully used at nuclear power plants, in particular in exclusion areas, where reliability and quality of lighting are crucial.
radiy has been manufacturing LED luminaires for more than ten years, combining innovation with the experience of its specialists. The SSG line of lighting equipment is designed to operate in power networks with a voltage of 100 to 440 VAC. The model range includes luminaires for interior lighting, emergency lighting, as well as high-temperature models capable to withstand temperatures up to +100°C and maintain their performance in harsh environments (temperatures up to +150°C, barometric pressure up to 560 kPa, humidity 100%).
These radiyLED’s solutions provide stable and efficient lighting even in the most challenging conditions!
